The position of Client Strategy Director (CSD) is responsible for developing effective strategies that deliver on clients business goals and ensuring that strategic insights align with our mission to modernise marketing for our clients.

This is a key strategic role where you will be developing client relationships and strategies based on data-driven insights and integrating digital marketing across our key disciplines.

 

What will my day to day look like as a CSD?

There is no such thing a typical day at Traffika, but you will be engaging in

  • Developing integrated marketing strategies and clients’ quarterly strategic & growth plans
  • Owning the new client boarding process including development of customer personas, buyer journeys & aligned content strategies
  • Aligning channel and campaign strategies with business goals
  • Leading and facilitating discussion with internal and external teams to ensure knowledge sharing and open feedback loop on client strategies and campaign performance
  • Presenting to clients and providing consulting and advice
  • Oversee the planning, delivery, execution, management of marketing campaigns across paid and social media channel workings with Traffika’s trusted contract partner team.
  • Delivering senior guidance and advice in client WIP meetings
  • Providing quality assurance on client deliverables
  • Remain committed to keeping up with the latest tools and techniques that modernise marketing

5+ years client side digital marketing experience

3+ years senior client service experience in a similar role within a digital marketing agency environment

Ruthless prioritisier with exceptional organization & time management skills

Great people person with strong leadership qualities

Effective and continuous communicator able to define, set and manage expectations

Creative thinker and strategic problem solver

Current working knowledge of modern search engine and social media algorithms

Strong analytical skills and ability to tell a story with data

Exceptionally curious, and not afraid of seeking out new knowledge quickly

Adaptive and flexible to changes in client needs and industry drivers

Actively connected to a strong online community of inbound marketers

Expert user of MS Excel and Google Analytics certified
